Hi, I'm Junichi Igarashi. Thank you for visiting my website.
I am a coach for individuals and teams, and I also run my company as CEO.
Having lived in Australia, France and the Netherlands (and in Japan), I have Japanese unique qualities but also the awareness of global citizenships. My colleagues in the past described me as "the real SAMURAI".
MY PASSION as a coach, and as a human being is,

The most important thing for me is to have a trustful partnership with clients.

I have worked with large enterprises as well as SMBs, from Japanese company to European company. The sectors range from IT, automobile, pharmaceutical, to insurance. Clients are mainly leaders, from managers to directors. I also coach professional athletes (mainly football players).
